Overview and scrutiny committees review and scrutinise decisions taken by the Council, the Cabinet and area committees and make recommendations to them in connection with the discharge of functions.

The committees can also consider any matter affecting the Borough or its inhabitants.

Economy and business improvement scope: Finance and asset management (including e-government), business support, external economy.
